I always liked the name Plaything. We chuckled about when John first told me of this server (back in '98 I believe). It sounds like it should be dodgy, but as we all know, it isn't.

I'm always interested in new and interesting uses for the internet. A friend, Mr Kirkland, has produced a game which you may enjoy. It's based on the old parlour game, Consequences. Basically it involves taking turns to add a sentence to a story. It carries on like this until the whole wonderful narrative is revealed. The thing is, you can only see the last 5 words that were written before your turn. Give it a go.

Now, I would say that something simple like this could be the next big thing on the internet. The stories can be a bit naughty, but if they had different categories (U, PG etc), it would not only be very creative, but also accessible (not to mention funny).
